e have three locations for classroom training. Our administrative office location is 700 Morse Rd. Suite 110 Columbus Oh, 43214. Please schedule with the administrative office to attend one of the classroom locations. To start, you need to apply by filling out the application form. There is no fee for applying. Filling out this form will help us get your information correct. We also require all teens and one of their parents/guardians to sign an agreement form on your first lesson. Please follow the directions on the application page for the next step in the process.

Web-based scheduling can now be done on the Ohio Driving Test Scheduling Website. This site allows customers to schedule road test appointments via the Internet anywhere in the state of Ohio. All teens and first time drivers are scheduling a class D operator’s license test. This site is not for motorcycle or CDL appointments.
